Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Grow Market Plus. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@growmarketplus with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds typically take [5–10 business days] to process depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@growmarketplus.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at sales@growmarketplus.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
